Symptoms
Attempt to delete the Hardware Node fails with the error in Provider Control Panel:
Host deletion failed There are customer services installed on the host. Try to remove them first.
The following error is shown in /var/log/pa/core.log on the Management Node:

Cause
This host was used for provisioning of some 'External System' APS, and related records were left in OA system database.
