The subscription's expiration date was changed after its service plan was changed. How could this happen? No renewal orders were placed.


The customer chose a different, longer that initial subscription period when changing the service plan. If you do not want to allow customers to choose different subscription period on the service plan change, the setting below shall be changed:

PBA Home> System> Settings> Customer CP> Period Change Settings:

During Switch Subscription Period

set it to Denied.
