When provider opens up service template in PBA and try to add a resource, it does not appear in the list.

Symptoms

When provider tries to add resource to service template in PBA-E, this resource does not appear in the list.

Cause

The resource Max value is zero and caused the Resource not to be shown in the list to be added to the service template.

Resolution

The Max value (Product Director > Resource Manager > Resources > [resource] in PBA-E 5.4 and earlier or Products > Resources > [resource] in PBA-E 5.5 and later) should be changed from 0 in order for the resource to be shown in the list of potential resources to be added in the list.
