Symptoms
Provider has setup VeriSign plugin. But even though they have set one currency to be used, payments are processed in another (Merchant Account default) currency.
Cause
In current version of VeriSign plugin, the Currency parameter is not passed to PayPal. There is a requirement for this parameter described on page 130 of the guide below:

The issue is caused by bug #PBA-55678.
Resolution
The issue is fixed in PBA-E 5.5.6. Please upgrade to the latest version of PBA-E.
