Symptoms
Trying to add Parallels Plesk Panel license class to BA Service Plan though Configure Licenses/Features button results in error:
Cannot make Resource #XXX Parallels Plesk Panel 10.x/11.x and Later included now: Resource Parallels Plesk Panel Domain Features must be included first.
Cause
Parallels Plesk Panel licenses can not be provisioned without any feature. So when customer buys Plesk license he needs to assign some domain limit to it and corresponding resource rate must be present in service plan.
Resolution
When selecting license class resources to be added to plan, select at least one more domain limit resource.
