Sales Order for transfer domain to InternetX is stuck in Long Running Operation status, even though email about successful transfer was received. In /usr/local/bm/log/INTERNETX.log there is message:

Payable is still empty for domain: [transfered domain]


BA is constantly checking status of the domain in InternetX and is waiting till InternetX returns payable date that will be set as subscription expiration date in BA.


Nothing should be done. When InternetX returns payable date order will be completed.
