If there are two (or more) service plans for identical zone (both available for purchase in CCP), which one will be used when the customer clicks "Transfer existing" in CCP?
Answer
A random service plan from the list of available plans will be chosen. The choice is done by the query to the database without ordering, so the first plan returned for this tld will be chosen. There is a feature request with id #PBA-58968 to have a possibility to determine the default plan that will be used in such cases.
