Symptoms
The Windows Azure Pack (WAP) APS is installed on subscription. There are huge numbers under resource user for this subscription:
1000179 WAP VM CrossDiskSizeAllocated-Max 4076737658880 MBh
Also, the cancellation of the subscription can not be performed. The following error appears:
ODBC error #22003: ERROR: numeric field overflow A field with precision 16, scale 2 must round to an absolute value less than 10^14.; Error while executing the query
Cause
The resource usage units were changed from Microsoft side. According to Microsoft , the disk sizes are calculated in bytes in WAP:
CrossDiskSizeAllocated-Max Bytes Highest allocated disk size across all attached disk for a VM within an hour timespan
But POA considers this value in Mb.
Resolution
The behavior was considered as internal software issue #CCU-9315 and is going to to fixed in future updates.
