Symptoms
License Resource upgrade order failed due to the following error that can be found in related subscription status history log:
Provisioning item:
Upgrade / Downgrade Resource 'Parallels Plesk Panel 10 for Unix/Linux for Parallels Virtuozzo Containers' in Subscription #xxx.
Susbscription service status change:
Comment License provisiong failed
Full Comment Provisioning system reported that license installation failed
Cause
Plesk Panel was not available inside VPS at the moment of license installation because of stopped MySQL service.
On POA side the following error can be found in the Task Manager, for the license installation task:
Execution status Successful
Finished Sep-26-2014 01:45
Output 1002 : SQLSTATE[HY000]: General error: 1 Can't create/write to file '/tmp/#sql_ad0_0.MYI' (Errcode: 13)
Resolution
1) Fix MySQL service to make Plesk available.
2) Check license status on PBA-E side:
Home> Services> Licenses> License #xxx PLSK.xxx.0000
3) If license status is not installed - Press "Install License" button.
4) In Clients Control Panel (Home - Domain Administration) press button "Resubmit to Plesk Panel".
