Symptoms
In POA PP when accessing PACI nodes, following error thrown:
An error has occurred. Unable to display the hardware nodes list. Error: Request to IM failed with code 401 for method GET URI http://10.16.103.10:4465/paci/v1.0/hn: Invalid username or password.
Only resources available for provisioning are listed. To see complete information on the hardware node resources, choose the hardware node below and click the Cloud tab.
Cause
PACI password stored in POA is not the same as stored in PACI IM.
Resolution
Please contact Parallels Technical Support to get the issue resolved.
