Two resellers are created using the same service template. How can delegated plans be differed for them?
Answer
Currently it is not possible to provide different service plans to different resellers which are based on the same service template. Feature request #PBA-59316 was created to add such functionality.
Now the best way would be to create a separate Reseller Service Template and Service Plan for the new reseller.
