Renewal Order for domain subscription completed successfully, but new expiration date was not updated neither on registrar side nor in PBA-E.


When order was provisioning it failed first, without sending renewal request to registrar. Before order was resubmitted Provisioning Item status was changed to Checking Renewal status. Therefore PBA-E send only request to get domain status and completed order when it was resubmitted.


Please change Provisioning Item status to Checking Renewal status only when you are sure that renewal request was send to registrar.

There are 2 ways to resolve the issue:

  1. renew domain on registrar side manually, then change subscription Expiration Date in PBA-E(button Change Expiration Date on subscription screen);
  2. place new Renewal Order for the subscription and attach 100% discount to it.
