The log '/root/migration-session/mailsync.log' contains the following error messages:

Host2: <ip_address> says it has NO CAPABILITY for AUTHENTICATE LOGIN

The issue might be caused either by incorrect mailbox password stored in source server database, or by the internal issue PPA-1823

Please make sure that you are able to connect to source IMAP server over telnet. If you have the telnet session result as below, the password is incorrect (password that is used could be fetched from the 'migration-session/mailsync.log').

[root@~]# telnet <source_server_ip> 143
Trying <source_server_ip>...
Connected to <source_server_ip>.
Escape character is '^]'.
* OK IMAP4rev1 server ready at 09/12/14 23:24:34
a1 LOGIN password
a1 BAD LOGIN- Invalid username or password.

In order to successfully migrate mail content, update the password on source server via Plesk panel.

The internal issue PPA-1823 is resolved in PPA MU #7. Please install the latest micro updates and perform the migration again.
