Important: Parallels Operations Automation (POA) 5.5 Update 2 is required to be installed.


  • Worldpay plugin meets the requirements for MCC 6012 for domestic UK Visa payments

Fixed Issues

Account and Plans Configuration

PBA-57638 The search for an account by the 3-letter sample does not work in Provider Control Panel.


PBA-57434 Public holidays should be supported by the SEPA plugin.

PBA-57401 The status REFUNDED_BY_MERCHANT is not recognized by the Worldpay plug-in.

PBA-57149 Certain order requests generated by the Worldpay plugin are not accepted by the Worldpay system.


PBA-58226 The "Terms and Conditions" screen does not appear in case of APS in-app upgrade (application upsell) in the Customer Control Panel.

PBA-57502 The billing order for the incorrect amount of resources and duration is generated for the restored subscription.

PBA-57474 It is not possible to place a cancellation order if the subscription has the order in the 'Waiting for Invoice' status. This status appears for the "Per Account" billing type.

Control Panel

PBA-57878 When a user tries to change the password from the Customer Control Panel, and the new password matches the old one, the misspelled error message displayed.

POA Integration

PBA-58248 The property "trial" of the APS subscription resource is not updated after renewing of the expired PBA subscription.

PBA-57123 The error occurs, when the subscription is synchronized with the service plan, if this plan includes the resource without a service gate specified.


PBA-56217 Kayako configuration instruction should be updated.

PBA-51752 Incorrect description of Administrative Hold in Provider's guide.


PBA-58057 A wrong SSL certificate is downloaded for the SSLStore Certificate Plug-in.

PBA-57485 The second renewal of the OpenSRS SSL certificate fails, because the old Product ID of SSL certificate is used.


PBA-58191 It is not possible to update contacts for a domain using the DistributeIT plug-in.

PBA-58071 It is not possible to update name servers for .fr domains.

PBA-57262 The "Complete Operation Manually" button is still available after the conflict is resolved, and clicking this button results in the error.

PBA-56896 The domain subscription stays disabled in POA after the account is released from the credit hold if the DNS hosting for this domain have been cancelled.

Online Store

PBA-57943 The error "Please select at least one domain zone" is displayed in the Online Store on the attempt to add a subdomain.


Together with the issue below, a number of other security issues have been fixed.

PBA-58154 Security vulnerability in the ASSIST payment plug-in.


PBA-58282 The button 'Generate' password does not work with IE8.

PBA-58221 Reseller wizard works incorrectly with comma used as the decimal point.

PBA-58143 The dot should always be used as a decimal separator in 1C export files.

PBA-57882 The Payment Systems logotypes were lost after upgrading from version 5.4 to 5.5.6.

PBA-57797 The placeholder @@Payment_PaymentMethod_PaymentSystem@ cannot be localized.

PBA-57712 Execution of the upgrade script "moveDLinesToRefunded" takes too long.

PBA-57372 The "Other" field for the Sales report works incorrectly under the non- English locale.

PBA-57312 The promotion with the custom period is ignored during the service plan switching in case the switched period starts "From the date of upgrade".

PBA-57241 The message telling about the available hotfixes/updates should be improved.

PBA-57100 The discount by Promo Code is not applied for the "Register New Domain" scenario in the Customer Control Panel.

PBA-51814 The Resource Categories tab in the Sales Report loads slowly when logged under the reseller account.

Additional Information

  1. PBA will require a restart during the update.

  2. The expected downtime of PBA services is up to 30 minutes. Total upgrade duration is no longer than 2 hours.

  3. During the upgrade, all PBA packages will be upgraded to newer versions. If a backup is made with a server/VPS restart, then the private key for credit card encryption needs to be reloaded.
