Symptoms
Upon attempt to add template in Cloud Infrastructure > Virtualization Nodes > OS Templates, it gets scheduled, but an event appears in Tasks > Cloud Infrastructure:
Failed to query template <Templatename>
Cause
Most likely dispatcher service is not installed or not running at the node, PACI-vm2vf.log reflects that :
