Symptoms
POA Agent is not working properly on Windows host after upgrade to POA 5.5.
There are corresponding tasks in Task Manager fail with the following error message about host unavailability:
Destination host '<HOSTNAME>' (#HOST_ID), IP '<IP>' : Node #<HOST_ID> is unmanageable.
The following errors appear in Event Viewer on destination host:
The description for Event ID 6 from source POA cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.
If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.

The specified resource type cannot be found in the image file
Reinstallation of POA Agent does not help.
Cause
Issue was caused by Domain Admins group being not included into Administrators group. That caused POA Agent's failure to read ..\PEM\etc directory on destination host, which contains important configuration files.
Resolution
Correct group membership: add Domain Admins group into Administrators local group using Local Users and Groups(lusrmgr.msc).
