DNS records for a Plesk domain named domain.tld located on Plesk node #12 are not propagated to OBAS. When I go Top > Service Director > Domain Manager > Domains > domain.tld > DNS Records Suppliers tab I see

WARNING: No DNS records were found at plesk node #12 for current domain. Perhaps domain is not used yet.

"Synchronize suppliers" button does not help.


There are three possible causes:

  1. Domain subscription domain.tld is used by wrong Plesk subscription;
  2. Domain subscription and Plesk domain or client subscription belong to different accounts;
  3. DNS server component is not installed on affected Plesk server.


  1. Go Top > Service Director > Domain Manager > Domains > domain.tld > Edit and select the correct subscription.
  2. Go Top > Account Director > Subscription Manager > Subscriptions > and press Change Account. Follow the wizard to switch the domain account to account that holds Plesk subscription.
  3. Install DNS services on the Plesk server according to the following Plesk KB.
