Parallels is pleased to introduce the new Micro-Update #14 for the 12.0.18 version of Parallels Plesk Panel (PP).

The 12.0.18 MU#14 update is recommended for all PP users and includes general functionality fixes that improve the stability, compatibility, and security of your PP server.

To ensure optimal server reliability and security, Parallels strongly recommends keeping your operating system and PP software up-to-date.

What's Changed

[+] Horde was upgraded to version 6.2.1.

[*] Now administrators can speed up installation of new WordPress copies by switching off automatic checks for WordPress updates. They can do this by adding the following entry to the panel.ini configuration file:


features.checkUpdatesWhileInstall = off

The following issues were resolved:

[-] (Windows) The size of local SQL databases was not calculated if remote databases were used by a subscription.

[-] Administrators could not configure Plesk on CentOS 7 if it was installed with msmtp.

[-] /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/reconfigure added unnecessary records into /etc/hosts.

[-] The link to Plesk Themes Guide in GUI was broken. (PPPM-1860)

[-] Users could not use non-Latin characters in Plesk search. (PPPM-1894)

[-] The application cache for WordPress installations was cleared after one day.

[-] The WordPress Toolkit database security check did not work with PHP 5.3.

[-] Error messages were recorded to panel.log during installation of APS packages with autoAttachApsInstances = on.

[-] Users could not work with images via WYSIWYG editor in Plesk file manager.

[-] After a server restart on CentOS 7, a number of services were no longer operable.
