Service Plan synchronization or reseller synchronization can not be completed successfully. Process starts, executes for a while and then error appears in Control Panel:

Service Unavailable
The corresponding service is not available at the moment, trying it withing 2-3 minutes.
For more information please contact your service provider.


Operation takes more time on BA side than default Apache timeout specified on OA User Interface or Branding server.

There is request with internal id #PBA-45805 to improve subscription synchronization performance and results visibility.


There are 2 possible solutions:

1) Tune apache timeout on OA UI or Branding server. Set Timeout to higher value, and reload apache config:

# vi /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf
# /etc/init.d/httpd reload

2) Login to BA panel directly to perform synchronization. In this case timeout of apache on branding or OA UI server will not affect the synchronization.
