Fraud filter Credit Cards per Account is configured in PBA-E. Payments under certain account are getting the following fraud result:

Number of Customer's Credit Cards (X) is above the limit of Y.

But customer currently has less than Y credit cards in his account.


When credit card is deleted from PBA-E, it is not fully removed, but just marked as deleted. Fraud filter Credit Cards per Account checks how many credit cards with different cardholder names there are under account including deleted credit cards.

Fraud filter works in such way to avoid situation when fraudster has big database of credit cards and tries to find which of them works by adding them to PBA-E, charging it, then deleting it and adding new credit card to check.


Provider can increase the limit for fraud filter Credit Cards per Account to allow more cards for the account.
