Service plan has two periods configured: 1 month and 3 months. Prices for periods are set properly, how to configure prices of resources for these periods?
Answer
You can configure Resource Rate Periods to specify different prices for different subscription periods. You can specify Setup, Recurring and Overuse fees there.
In PBA-E 5.5 please go Home>Products>Service Plans, select service plan in which you want to configure Resource Rate Periods, switch to Resource Rates tab, select resource rate for which you want to configure Resource Rate Periods, switch to Resource Rate Periods tab and click Add New Resource Rate Period button.
In PBA-E 5.4 please go Home>Product Director>Plan Manager>Service Plans, select service plan in which you want to configure Resource Rate Periods, switch to Resource Rates tab, select resource rate for which you want to configure Resource Rate Periods, switch to Resource Rate Periods tab and click Add New Resource Rate Period button.
