Branding website is used to access PPA.

The following error is shown while trying to add email alias to a mail domain that already has a lot of mailboxes\aliases:

       Internal error.
       Proxy Error

       The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.
       The proxy server could not handle the request POST /smb/email-address/edit/id/1592.


The issue is caused by internal software issue with ID PPA-1439. PPA operates slowly during the mailbox creation, which is causing the Apache timeouts being triggered.


The issue will be fixed in future Parallels Plesk Automation updates. As workaround, you may increase the 'Timeout' parameter in Apache web server configuration on a Management Node, for example:

# grep ^Timeout /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf
Timeout 300

Do not forget to restart Apache service afterwards.
