As provider (reseller) is it possible to configure system not to allow customer to buy Plan A if he has a subsciprtion based on Plan B even if these plans are purchased in separate orders?
Answer
In PBA-E currently it is not possible to configure whether plan A is available or not available for purchase depending on whether customer has subscription based on plan B or not if plans are purchased in separate orders. Feature request to implement this functionality exists. Request ID is PBA-55858.
