Symptoms
As a provider we delegated service plans to the reseller(s). We want to allow the reseller to add resource rates based on his own dummy resource to these delegated plans. But that is not possible, an error is displayed:
You can not add Resource Rates to Delegated Plan.
Cause
It is not allowed for reseller to add new resource rates to the delegated plans.
Resolution
Feature request to add this functionality is #PBA-56928. The only way for the resources to appear in the delegated plan is adding the required resources to the provider's service plan. The reseller must be synchronized after the changes.
