Symptoms
POA Agent start fails.
# tail -f /var/log/poa-startup.log
...
Starting ...Daemon started
agent seems to be dead
Core dumps are created.
Cause
There are a lot of requests to the host for checking status from POA MN, which causes bottleneck for communication between node.
Resolution
Restart POA service on management node as described in #4642
