With the upgrade to 5.5 the FTP instant access URL is automatically filled with the prefix "ftp.d.providerdomain"

Until the upgrade the "ftp" was not there. This leads to the fact, that for all new customers the ftp link does not work. It seems that this cannot be configured anymore for the PROftp resource type. It was possible for 5.4 but with 5.5 this option seems to be gone. Is there another way to configure this?

ftp prefix became mandatory in scope of POA-75969

This was done in order to make performance of NG more stable as it uses different IP addresses for http and ftp.

But it is impossible to create two A type DNS records with same domain name and different IP addresses.

Most correct solution is to create separate 'A' record for ftp. alias on webspace creation.

Since 5.5.5, POA-83886 was implemented to allow editing the prefix. Please upgrade to the corresponding build.
