Symptoms
When trying to upgrade/downgrade resource via CCP error appears:
The Current Usage of `[resource_name]` exceeds Total Amount.
or
The new limit for resource `[resource_name]` must be higher than its current usage
Cause
Some resource for the subscription have usage on POA greater then limit in PBA-E.
Resolution
Analyze the cause for resource usage on POA, de-provision some amount of the resource, so that usage in POA is equal to limit in PBA-E, or upgrade limit of the resource on PBA-E side.
