Is there SEPA payment plugin in PBA? How can it be installed and configured?

SEPA payment plugin is available since PBA 5.5.3. See PBA 5.5.3 release notes.
It is installed the same way as any other plugin for PBA - see general instructions in kb #112529, the package name is bm-payment-plugin-sepa.
