A Frontpage user is stuck with an 'Updating' or 'Deleting' status.
There are some tasks with a 'Failed', 'Canceled' or 'Deleted' status for this user in the Parallels Operations Automation (POA) task manager.
Unprocessed tasks cause the service user to be in an inconsistent state.
Process the failed or canceled tasks to fix the state of the user.
