Symptoms
PBA 5.4: Canceled domains are shown as "Need Attention" on the Home page of CCP.
PBA 5.5: Need Attention link in CCP > Home shows 1 domain(s), but following it results in No Domains Available.
Cause
The issue is reported to the developers team in a bug #PBA-37508.
The logic of this link generation: it counts all the domains with
expiration date = today's date - the value "Expire Soon period for Domain (days)"
and
expiration date = today's date + the value "Expire Soon period for Domain (days)"
The value Expire Soon period is set in:
PBA 5.4: Home > Configuration Director > Miscellaneous Settings > Customer CP Settings
PBA 5.4: Home > System > Settings > Customer CP
For example, with the default value set to 30, on 30.05.2014 the domains with expiration date in period 30.04.2014-30.06.2014 will be counted when generating the link "Require Attention", the domain status is not taken in consideration (both "Registered" and "Canceled" are shown).
