Symptoms
When there are two staff members logged in to PBA and working with the same order, there is a possibility of adding a provisioning item to an order in the completed status (or any other status in which items adding should be prohibited). This causes an order in Completed status with the provisioning item in New status.
Cause
The issue was reported as a bug #PBA-54037.
Resolution
The issue is fixed in PBA 5.5.5. Please upgrade to the latest version of PBA to avoid an issue.
