Attempting to update password under Infrastructure -> APPs Application -> Remote SmarterMail Connector (0.1-5) -> Settings fails with error:

Error: Failed to update app settings: Subscription not found: '101'

'psa' database inconsistency.

When the password is being updated, system checks the subscriptions with type "subscription_apsmail".

  1. Log in 'psa' database:

    # plesk db
  2. Find the records in 'psa.apsContexts' tabse corresponding to subscription 101 (the error related to):

        mysql> select * from apsContexts where subscriptionId=101;
        | id  | pleskType            | pleskId | ssl   | subscriptionId |
        | 289 | subscription_apsmail |     101 | false |            101 |
        1 row in set (0.00 sec)
  3. Make sure that such subscription does no exis:

    mysql> select * from Subscriptions where id=101;
    Empty set (0.00 sec)
    mysql> select * from SubscriptionProperties where subscription_id=101;
    Empty set (0.00 sec)

    No records returned by queries above mean subscription was not deleted completely form database and some orphaned records remaining.

  4. Create backup of 'psa' database.

  5. Log in to 'psa' DB again (see step 1) and delete orphaned records as below:

    mysql> delete from apsContexts where subscriptionId =101;
    mysql> delete from apsContextsApplications where apsContextId=289;

NOTE: Do not use IDs from example above. Instead substitute actual ID from the error experienced.
