Fixed Issues
Public APIPBA-55777 The SkipStringTag is ignored by xmlrpcd.
PBA-55601 An account attributes cannot be updated via the UpdateObjAttrList_API method if there a unique optional attribute exists.
PBA-55458 The configure.pl script does not create startup script for xmlrpcd_auth.
PBA-54296 The batch processing mode does not work in XML RPC.
PBA-53362 The empty value is not accepted in the API i4 parameter.
E-Commerce
PBA-55116 The downloaded file for the SEPA payments does not have the .xml extension.
PBA-55880 SEPA plug-in should support the character set used for SEPA xml files.
PBA-53212 The PayPal Express plug-in is missing in the list of available plug-ins in the PBA installation wizard.

PBA-55471 The KickSleepingOrders query runs too long.
PBA-55360 The "Up-sales" tab is absent for the Domain Registration service plans.
PBA-55257 On the second cancellation of the subscription both setup and recurring fees are refunded, but only recurring fee should be refunded in this case.

PBA-54802 No limit notification should be sent to customers in case of some limit notification attached to the composite resource.
PBA-54728 The domain subscription in POA is not disabled, if it has been canceled and stopped in PBA.

PBA-51526 The service plans priority is ignored in Plans Comparison chart in store.

PBA-39469 The value of the "DATE" additional parameter is shown incorrectly in the control panel.

Additional Information
- PBA will require a restart during the update.
- During the upgrade, all PBA packages will be upgraded to newer versions. If a backup is made with a server/VPS restart, then the private key for credit card encryption needs to be reloaded.
