In customer control panel, when editing storage quota limit for mailboxes, there is maximum value that cannot be exceeded

How to increase this limit?


This limit is not controlled by resource limits - it is controlled by the "Maximum quota for a mailbox in Kb" activation parameter of service template:

To increase this limit for new subscriptions: POA Service Director > Provisioning Manager> <service template> > Parameters tab > Edit > change value of this parameter > Submit

To increase this limit for existing subscriptions:

  1. In POA create copy of existing service template as per

  2. In cloned service template edit value of activation parameter "Maximum quota for a mailbox in Kb" and set it to desired value

  3. In PBA-E create clone existing service plan, when cloning select service template created on step #1. All other settings of new service plan should be identical to original one:

  4. Configure possibility to switch from old plan to new plan:

  5. For subscriptions that need to be changed - switch plan from old one to new one:
