Symptoms
Cannot access webmail interface. PA default page is returned.
Cause
The Apache configuration file on the webmail node was being created empty when the subscription is provisioned.
The behavior is caused by software issue #PPA-1143. The fix is included in MU #6.
Resolution
Update PA installation to the latest version:
/usr/local/ppa/bin/ppa_update --install-updates
