There is no button "Create Reseller" neither in POA nor in PBA. How to create a reseller?
Answer
The reseller is an ordinary customer who purchased the reseller's subscription. To be able to create the reseller it is required to:
- configure POA branding template;
- configure reseller service template (based on RESELLERGATE);
- create reseller service plan;
- create a customer and purchase a reseller' subscription on his behalf (or purchase a reseller's subscription in the on-line store).
