When completing an OpenSRS domain transfer order with the conflict resolver ("Complete operation manually" button) login/password were set incorrectly, which prevent NSes change, domain renewal and other operations with the domain. Where to get a correct details and how to update them?


It is possible to search the records in the OPENSRS.log and in "DomainExtDataArc" table, but it is very possible that there will be no records for required information. This happens because when transfer process is not initiated by PBA, PBA does not receive information about the login/password. Please contact the registrar (OpenSRS) and ask for the details. Then, update information in PBA with DomainExtDataAdd_API method.
