Symptoms
An order for the resource Remote access to VPS or order to switch VPS subscription service plan/period fails with:
Parallels Operations Automation error #error_code #1000, extype_id #1203, module_id #UserManagement, Plain text password is not available for user #<user_id>.. .
In poa.debug.log the same error can be seen:

Cause
The cause is a bug with id #POA-84534 ("Upgrade limit for resource "Remote access to VPS" fails"), expected to be fixed in POA 5.5.6.
Resolution
Until update is available, the issue can be workarounded by modifying the password of the user in POA database. Please contact Parallels Technical Support to apply the workaround.
