Symptoms

An order of the reseller's customer fails with:

Service Creation Failed: Parallels Operations Automation error #error_code #1000, extype_id #200, module_id #AccountManagement, Account #XXXXXXX has no necessary resources to create subaccount, account type 3..

Cause

The reseller's subscription does not have the resource Client accounts (account type 3) or Reseller accounts (account type 2). The resource client accounts is listed as necessary - refer to the documentation.

Resolution

  1. Add the resource to the branding service template from POA (deactivate the template, add the resource, specify the limit, activate the template back).
  2. Synchronize the limit from PBA (Branding service template -> Resources -> Client accounts Synchronize button, option Update Reseller Branding Subscriptions is required).
  3. Resubmit an order for provisioning.
