A subscription cancellation order fails with the following message:

    Seems concurrent Billing Order was processed, please cancel this order

Or it is impossible to place a cancellation order with one of following errors:

Unable to cancel order: at least one order item is completed. 

Table Order Item doesn't contain row with id

The subscription's last billing date is in the future.


The subscription was canceled and then, within the hold period, restored back with the Restore Subscription button, then canceled again. These actions resulted in the subscription's Last Billing Date to be in the future. Consequently, it is impossible to cancel the subscription due to issue #PBA-46388.


Please contact Parallels Technical Support to update the subscription's last billing date.
