Cause
If no exact error is returned by Lync.ConfigureUser, this problem may be caused by APSA-5174
Resolution
- Verify the latest version of Lync package is installed in POA PP Services > Applications (Service Director > Application manager > Applications for 5.4). Latest version is available at POA download page.
