Symptoms
Buttons for mass processing of the orders in the orders queues are missing:
Cause
Issue is caused by bug #PBA-54122 ("The buttons, such as Delete, Resubmit for provisioning, Cancel order, are not displayed in the Order Queue.")
Resolution
Update an installation to PBA 5.5.4 where the bug is fixed.
