Symptoms
There is a failed order in Parallels Business Automation - Enterprise (PBA-E). The following message appears in Home > Operation Director > Sales Manager > Customers Orders > Order Number > Provisioning Items:
Service Creation Failed: Parallels Operations Automation error # == Error while calling pem.activateSubscription == error_code = 0 error_message = There is no appropriate host for provisioning. IP Type: 'exclusive v4'; PHP4 Mode: 'As Module'; PHP5 Mode: 'Disabled'.
Cause
There are no free exclusive IP addresses in the IP pool assigned to the webservers where the subscription is to be provisioned.
Resolution
Ensure that there is an IP pool assigned to each webserver and there is at least one free IP address in the IP pools.
