Plesk Automation (PA) 11.5 node is registered in Odin Business Automation Standard 4.5 and several PA subscription have been provisioned. However, Provider cannot manage PA subscription when login to CP with different customers. The following error appears:

The PA control panel is currently unavailable. Please try again later.


The following error is shown in the DEBUG OBAS log (/var/log/hspc/hspc.log):

Exception: PBAS login is not allowed.


  1. Verify that login from OBAS node is allowed in PA:

    PA > System > Settings > Public API Manager > Allowed Networks

    Refer to PA Node Pre-Configuration Before Registration and PA Node Registration for more details about integration of PA and OBAS.

  2. Restart pemui service on the PA management node:

    # service pemui restart
