Symptoms
In the reseller wizard, on the step 3 "Plan Prices" the percentage "X" was specified in "Adjust Prices":
but when showing the calculated prices, the percentage value has been changed:
Cause
These are different values. Initially when you set the percentage in "Adjust prices", it is a percentage on which the current provider's prices will be adjusted. The value shown on already recalculated prices is a gross profit margin value (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gross_profit_margin).
This information is missing in the documentation and in the interface, there are plans to include it within the fix of #PBA-31562 ("Profit Margins and "Adjust Selected Prices by X%" - add more explanatory text on the screens to support the logic").
