How to cancel subscription created through PPAB (Billing)?

Note: All the objects created through PPAB(customers, subscriptions) should be managed through billing only. Do not delete subscriptions directly from PPA, it leads to inconsistency between PPA and PPAB systems.

Please use the following instructions to remove subscriptions created through PPAB:

  1. To disable subscription only without data removing:

Billing > Operations > Subscriptions > ..subscription name.. > Cancel Subscription

In this case subscription on PPA side will be disabled, data will not be deleted. You can restore subscription then, please use "Restore Terminated Subscription" option. Subscription will be activated back.

  2. If you need to completely remove the subscription, cancel the subscription first as it is described in step 1, then go to:

Billing > Operations > Subscriptions > ..subscription name.. > Destroy

Note: All the data will be removed from PPA. This operation cannot be undone. Subscription will not be removed from billing, it will be in Removed state.

For additional information, please refer to billing guide.
