A Service User was stuck in 'Deleting' state in the Customer Control Panel due to a canceled/deleted task that cannot be processed. Changing the customer status through the database and trying to delete it again does not result in Parallels Operations Automation (POA) scheduling the removal tasks.

The following appears in poa.debug.log:

Most likely, due to an inconsistency of the POA database, external_guid is missing for this user in the actdir_entities table.
