Migration process was suspended and has to be restarted/canceled.


  1. Cancel account move.
  2. Delete system user on the target server

    net users <username> /DELETE
  3. Delete FTP user in IIS management applet on the target server
  4. Delete users' empty home directory on the target server
  5. Delete the existent ODBC DSN records of this account on winbox by looking for DSN names which you can find in user CP
  6. After deleting resources on target winbox is necessary to restart Hsphere services:

    net stop hsphere   
    net start hsphere   
  7. Remove domain alias in users' CP.
  8. Since account move doesn't work with accounts using SSL, disable SSL for the account before the move.
  9. SinceFrontPage support reached its End-of-Life in December 2006, untick 'FrontPage support' option in the plan properties.
  10. Start the move process from the beginning.
