Order is in the status "Provisioning Failed". On Provisioning Items tab (and in the subscription service history tab) there is an error for failed item:

Service Creation Failed: Parallels Operations Automation error # == Error while calling pem.activateSubscription == error_code = 2000 error_message = Attempt to use inactive service template #XXX. Subscription #YYY does not exist...


Service template #XXX is inactive in POA.


  1. Go to POA Top> Service Director> Provisioning Manager> Service Templates > Service Template #XXX.
  2. Go to the Resources tab, make sure the limits for all resources are correctly defined.
  3. Return to the General tab and press "Activate".
  4. Resubmit the failed order for provisioning in PBA.
