How to assign particular service node to the particular customer to provision all subscriptions of this customer to desired service node?

This option is available in Plesk Automation only for resellers accounts.

Please use the following steps to achieve this goal:

  1. Create new reseller in Operations > Resellers > Add new reseller or use an existing one.
  2. Go to Operations > Reseller > *Required Reseller* > Subscriptions taband create new subscription, set limits and resources for created reseller.
  3. Create new service templates for reseller in Operations > Reseller > *Required Reseller* > Subscriptions tab > Service Templates. Created service templates will be available for reseller's customers.
  4. Add new service node in Infrastructure > Service Nodes > Add new service node or use an existing one.
  5. Assign required service node to reseller in Infrastructure > Service Nodes > *required Service node > General > Provisioning Configuration > Mark as restricted > Add > choose required reseller. After this step all newly created subscriptions for required reseller in Reseller > Subscriptions > Customer Subscriptions will be provisioned on assigned service node.
  6. You can change the permissions for required reseller or create new custom roles in System > Settings > Security > Reseller roles.

Also you could use provisioning attributes to provision particular subscriptions to predefined service node. More information you could find in this article.
